Tom Peplow is Principal Product Manager for Microsoft OneLake, driving innovation in scale, performance, observability, and APIs that ensure seamless interoperability with existing tools like Spark while laying the foundation for future agent-driven experiences. Before joining Microsoft, Tom led product and engineering at Milliman, where he built one of the first hyperscale compute platforms and a complete end-to-end data platform used by actuaries at the world’s largest insurers. Passionate about simplifying complexity, Tom joined Fabric to help organizations worldwide unify and streamline their data estates for analytics and AI at scale.
