Your conference registration is non-refundable. However, you may transfer it to a colleague or apply it to a future Tech Conferences event within 12 months. To request a transfer, please notify us at least one week before the event. Note that unused registrations or no-shows are not eligible for transfer. If unforeseen circumstances, such as a pandemic, government restrictions, or regulations on travel, hotels or facilities, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled conference date. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled event, you can transfer your registration to a colleague or the next conference by informing us. For assistance, email [email protected]

While sessions from our in-person conference will not be recorded, the speakers' slide decks will be made available to you for 30 days after the event.

Our agenda generally meets the requirements for CEU's and CEC's, but it is up to your governing organization to approve them. We suggest you submit a copy of our agenda to your organization for pre-approval.
