Travel Arrangements: 
Travel and parking arrangements are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Photography and Videography:
At FABCON video and photography equipment will typically be present. This includes the filming/ photography of events presentations, interviews with partners and delegates and highlights footage. You acknowledge that you could appear in photos and/or videos of the event taken by staff or attendees and posted to social media or used for marketing purposes.

Code of Conduct: 
We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination of speakers, conference participants, or staff in any form during conference sessions, on the exhibit hall floor, or at any other officially sanctioned conference events. All communications and interactions should be appropriate for a professional audience. Comments or images that are defamatory, slanderous, libelous, discriminatory (on the basis of age, race, color, creed, body size, gender or gender preference), obscene or constitute sexual harassment are prohibited. Conference attendees are also prohibited from verbally abusing or physically accosting the conference staff, speakers, or other delegates. Conference participants violating these guidelines are expected to comply immediately and may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund or liability at the discretion of the Conference Organizers.

Video Recording and Live Streaming Sessions:
Video recording or live streaming of sessions by attendees is not permitted.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you are unable to attend, your registration can be moved to a later conference within 12 months or transferred to a colleague. To move or transfer your registration, you must submit your request at least one week prior to the event. Please email [email protected] to request a transfer or credit. Please note that registrations cannot be canceled.

In the event that we must postpone the conference due to circumstances beyond our control — such as a pandemic, government restrictions, or regulations affecting travel, hotels, or facilities — your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled conference date.
